Serigraph Embossing

As the name suggests, this finish, printed in serigraphy, consists of applying varnish in a specific place on the label. This application of varnish will create a localized embossing that can either serve an aesthetic purpose (eg highlight the brand symbol or logo). Depending on the brand’s objective and positioning, localized embossed printing is a finish that adds value to the label as it confers refinement and distinction.

This finish may also be used for functional/communication reasons such as braille for people with some kind of visual impairment.

Hot Stamping

This finish is commonly used to apply on the label a glossy or opaque (matte) metallic effect. Hot stamping is the most suitable method for designs with great detail and for short runs, that is, when you do not want to produce large quantities of the final product. Another advantage of hot stamping is that it guarantees high quality on almost all types of substrates (ex: textured, wrinkled papers, etc.)

Cold Stamping

Similar to hot stamping, cold stamping is also a type of finish frequently used to apply on the label a metallic effect, be it glossy or opaque (matte). However, compared to hot stamping, this process has some limitations with regard to definition in designs with small details and also with regard to its application on some types of paper, which is why cold stamping works better on more conventional papers such as white or coated paper, among others. However, this type of stamping is more suited for large runs.

Matte or gloss varnish

The application of matte or gloss varnish it’s a finish that can be applied to any label. The customer decides whether he prefers a glossy finish or, on the contrary, a matte finish. It is worth mentioning that this type of finish can be applied to the entire label or just on a specific part of the label to highlight any detail or element that is intended to be emphasized (eg application of localized varnish only on the brand logo or symbol).
In addition to the aesthetic purpose, varnish (whether matte or gloss) also helps to protect the label from the most common aggressions such as sunlight, contact or friction.

We produce labels with this type of finish with or without reservation. With reservation consists of leaving a part of the label unvarnished so that the customer can print the information he/she wants (ex: batch number, expiration date, etc.). Without reservation, the entire label is covered with a layer of varnish.

High Thickness Varnish

This finish consists of the application of a very thick varnish in a given location on the label in order to create a marked embossing varnish in the desired location.

Although it can be used for aesthetic reasons, this finish is, however, often used for functional reasons such as braille for people with some type of visual impairment.

Double Sided Printing (On the front and back of the adhesive label)

We produce labels with printing on the adhesive itself. This solution combines efficiency with practicality and is particularly suitable for translucent packaging as it allows the user to see the back of the label through the packaging. It’s worth mentioning that this solution is also more eco-friendly.

Sensor QRCODE

Hidden Codes

Sometimes there are reasons to make labels with hidden codes. It may be for purely aesthetic reasons or for security purposes, brand authentication or even product tracking in the supply chain.

Hidden codes are created with clear varnish that reacts to ultraviolet light and are only visible to the human eye when a UV light source is used.

Sequential Numbering

As the name suggests, sequential labels are produced in sequence which can be made with numeric, alphanumeric or barcode sequences.

This type of label is commonly used to identify products that require order control, such as inventory control, product entry and exit control, use/consumption order control, serial numbering and batch marking.

These labels print variable data depending on the needs or specificities of the customer’s database. Sequential labels can be produced in different formats, sizes and colors, thus adapting to the customer’s needs.
